We are glad to do a microfiber towel sample based on customers parameters needed, or will be Ok to provide it if there are towels stocked here in our samples room. Surely the detailed parameters should be meet with the requirements.

- For stocked microfiber towels that there are in our sample room or warehouse we can send to client with express immediately;
- For customized microfiber sample that need new element to be added on towels itself, normally will take about 3-7 days to fulfill the sample making work;
- For some customized towel samples making work with particular raw material such as 70% polyester, 30% polyamide raw microfiber yarn, shinny microfiber yarn,single side shinny yarn fabric or an extremely high gsm microfiber cloth weight(gsm),will take rather longer time to make the sample depend on the real situation of the project.
- For a microfiber towels that are stocked here in our warehouse, the samples are free while the customer need only to pay for express shipping or provided a workable express account of DHL, TNT or UPS ,etc;
- If there customized samples need a making mold, special material or particular colors dye, we should charge some fee from customer, but the amount are based on the real fact situation that need to do negotiation with buyer.
Mostly common terms are ever do are FOB and CNF. For sea shipping cost flowing reasons, we can also get suggestion or advise customers do adjust the term based on the real shipping cost on current situations. EXW term are also using on some orders shipments.
- Almost for all container orders are sea shipping with port to port way, but when to Europe countries such as Poland,Germany and Switzerland, we can also select train shipping when the client can accept the higher shipping cost. Surely the train will be higher speed with short days to arrive;
- For some urgent orders with a small cargoes Volume, some customers need to do the shipment with Air shipping or International express which are door to door, means faster and more convenient.

- Normally, the most common way we use on orders payment are wire transfer,which are very convenient, fast and easy to be operated;
- For small orders, Paypal , Western Union are also workable and should be a better choice;
- For particular countries clients as Bangladesh,Algeria,L/C should be the only way to be used for payment;
- 30% advanced and 70% payment against the B/L copy. For high risk countries, advanced payment before producing and the rest balance payment before sea shipping.
